Called.. left no message

Called-no one there.

Called, left no message.  I tried to call back, someone answered with "Hello."  Then stated he wanted to tell me about his home security plan.  He was persistent, didn't want to take NO for answer so I hung up after stating I was on the do not call list.  That list doesn't work anyway.  

I have gotten several calls from this number even though my cell phone is on the do not call list.

Scam from Nigerian terrorists.

Called twice asking for a Katrina and then asking the IT manager.  Denied their request, wouldn't say who they were or what company they are with.

they called asking for my boss. mispronounced my bosses name. told them not available. hung up on them. they called back immediately to speak to the office manager that i just hung up on them. i said they are not available - then they hung up on me. what an observant sales person we are dealing with here. do not answer.

Multiple calls soliciting my OK for them to send me a whitepaper on VoIP features, etc.
