Live male voice called me telling me I was the winner of a $2,500,000 prize.  I stated that I didn't enter any contest.  He claimed that if I shopped at Walmart or any of several stores my name was automatically entered into the contest.
He asked questions about if I was a citizen, if I was married and more.  I declined to give any information.  He claimed that Homeland Security was involved.  Next he told me that I would need to pay a $250 fee to get my prize to which I responded to deduct it from the prize.  He said he couldn't do that to which I responded that since it was my prize, I authorized him use a portion.  He declined.  I then offered him to keep $100,000.  He declined and I increased my offer to $150,000 and he declined again.  He then started using profanity.  At this point I asked to speak to his supervisor.  He declined and disconnected.  I kept him from scamming someone else for over 12 minutes.  Later I called this number back and the same man answered.  I again asked for my prize and he hung up on me again.  It appears that this scammer was foolish enough to use his home number.
BEWARE:  There is no contest, no prize and any money sent to pay non existent fees will never be seen again.  Consider how illogical it is that he wants $250 but he's turning down $150,000.
