I man with a heavy indian accent says that I have a payday loan that needs to be paid, our it will go to my local court for collection.  I do not owe any payday loans.  This guy sound VERY similar to the guy who calls from 202-506-9211 and says the same thing.

He can not provide me with specific information on this loan - not the amount or the date.  Wants me to pay 947.28 using green dot through 7-11.

Has threatened to call my office and come with a subpeona.

Man with very heavy indian accent that is part of a scam to try an intimidate people to paying for payday loans they do not have. They use many different numbers, and threaten that you will be arrested for bank fraud. Been calling me for years now, and still nothing. It is a scam from everything I read online about it. They are always Indian, and always have an american name like Steve Heart or Mike Miller. My actions have been to just ignore him and hang up on him when he calls or don't answer it.

been getting the same call even caled my work and talked to my boss we told me the same to put money on green dot card and call with the numbers on back.He has called with 3 different names always the same guy.I do not owe a payday loan.

I received a call from him also telling me that he will press charges for a loan that I never had. I told him to stop calling or I will call the police so he stopped calling.

omg this guy just called again he had been calling from a 516 area code same man different name each time threatened me with fraud and jail for a loan i didnt do or get money for. he has my ss# and bank info as well.

I keep getting calls from the same man, different numbers. Threatens me with fraud or jail. Also keeps calling where I work. How do you get it to stop?

I received call from this number first time he tried to disort his voice sound like a robot and left message for an payday loan owed and paper work will be downloaded into the court and I would be arrested at my workplace if I didn't resolve the issue and pay what was owed. He called again same story he is a jerk and I will be contacting the state attorney's office and local police to file a compliant against these people.

i have been receiving calls for a while from this same indian speaking man, threating me, talking to my mgr at work, and he is very rude and tries to be intimidating

I hed the same call yesterday morning.  From this guy Maycus or Michael very heavy Indian or Korean accecnt.  He advise me that i had an outstanding loan but would not give me much detalis.  He wanted  me to clear up 611.00 using green dot from 7-11

Rec'd a call from 786-752-7410; didn't answer it but looked on line to see who was calling. It's a SCAM....people beware. Do not give out any BANK information or any personal information. These people are trying to SCAM you out of your money! Please use some wisdow!

Same thing here this man named Chris Mathews with a thick Indian accent had said that i owed so much money on some loan i never took out. Claimed that if i don't pay that i would be arrested and the FBI would get involved and all kinds of stupid accusations. So I called my neighbor who happens to be a cop and told him about the whole situation, so the following morning he calls again same old accusations and i told him to please hold. I called my neighbor and put him on the phone, neighbor tells this dumbass that he is a police officer and he is looking at some serious jail time if he does not quit calling my home.
After that this [***] thinks he can outsmart the authority by calling and harrasing me at work. So i actually had my boss tell this guy i dont work here anymore. After that he never tried calling my home again. Dont fall for it my good people of America were all on it together...

I keep getting the same calls from the same guy, will call from different numbers claiming I owe payday loans, but they refuse to give you the information of the company they are collecting for and everything. Threatens jail time and fraud. I even was able to call one of them out one time, but calling a place I had paid a bill off too, verified the information - gave the contact information of the fraudulant company and they went after them. Never got a call back for about a year...now they are calling and harassing all the time with you. They are rude, don't answer and threaten with the authorities if you answer, and eventually they leave you alone. If you don't answer they leave you alone sooner.

For the last three dayI have been getting calls from a guy who calls himself Chris Matthews from the number 786-752-7410. He has been leaving  messages saying I owe a payday loan and if I dont call back I need prepare for the consiquenses, for they will make this legal. Today he called my job and left a message. I was informed by my supervisor that he had called yesterday as well. I will be reporting them to the police that they are harassing me and that they have even started doing it at my job.

he called me today as well.  Threatened the same.. Asked for exact details and he could not provide anything.  Notify your police department!!  He screamed at me and i called a 202-506-7410 number and he answered that as well.  The FBI needs to be notified!!!!!!!!!!

I am receiving harrassing calls from this indian man that thinks he knows my SS#.  He cas called my work and wont stop.  All these people reporting him so when will the authorities actually tarck him down and do something?  He is violent on the phone and it is scary......

I received a call from this # and threaten to have me arrested for a payday loan of $477.79 that wasn't paid. I have never received a payday loan , I called our local sheriff he tried calling the # and they hung up on him.

I received a phone call from this man who called himself Marcus with a strong Indian accent and he advised me that i owe 600.00 from a unpaid payday loan.When i asked for information form him he began to get really upset and yell. I do not have a past due payday loan. I contacted any location i have ever had a payday loan with and they advised me that i do not have any past due or current loan pending for payment, and a friend of mine who works for a payday loan company advised that it sounds like a scam.  I also check with the state wide data base to verify that i have no open/past due payday loans and they have confirmed this information for me. Also i checked the Better Business Bu and they could not find the name of Delveeny and Ass law office or the phone #786-752-7410 in their system i also checked for myself online. so i have done my research on this Guy and company. i'm currently in the process of putting and alert on my bank, and also will be contacting my sheriifs office to let them know this information. THIS IS A SCAM!!

A man with an indian accent called me from this number saying that his name was mike nibbler (hah!) and that I was being sued for a payday loan I never took out. I asked for information on the loan and he began to get very angry and aggressive. I hung up the phone when he called me the "B" the rhymes with "witch." I just hung the phone right there. The following week they began harassing me at work, after that I turned the phone number into the police and he FTC. My manager at my work began to harass this mike nibbler for 4 days and after that he stopped calling me altogether.

I received a call from this number today...man with an indian accent like all of the other calls.  He accused me of having a payday loan which I do not have and then treatened to notify myjob and have me fired if I don't pay it.  He needs to be stopped!  I'm about to report him to the authorities here at my job and I work for the federal government!!!!!!

I recevied the same phone call today, well they called my job and my manager forward his number to me thinking that is one of my clients from work.  He claim his name was markus jackson and that he is downloading paperwork to my local law enforcements.  he said that i will get arrested and put in jail for a payday loan I took out with his client.  He claimed he was a lawyer representing his client.  He even read my miranada rights...lol
