I keep getting calls from thiss number threatening me with being arrested if I don't make a money transfer to them.  Who are they.  I have  already reported them to the local athorities  and to my bank.

I also got a call from this number. The caller, who left a message, identified himself as "Officer David Wilson." The message very difficult to understand, but he said I had better return his call "or else" I would face trouble with the legal authorities.

I returned call to Officer David Wilson, he was not very affluent in English but he kept talking about some charges of fraud loans from some bank I never heard of, I asked to speak to someone I could understand and a man whom was supposed to be his senior officer supervisor got on the phone and told me that can help me make arrangements to settle the matter again I asked him to be more specific because I don't have any loans and therefore I don't need his help and he stated he was sending officers to my house to arrest me! I believe this is some type of internet scam and I told him to send his officers to arrest me because he sounds stupid and do not intimidate me and he hung up!!

Same here "officer Matthew oneil" left a message on my fathers voicemail using my proper name even though I go by my middle name. They said for me call back immediately or face arrest. I then received a call from my father, called them back and got no response. Thanks to everyone else posting on here. These assh0les, my father is an immigrant and he was worried as heck and took it out on me, waking me up early and ruining sleep schedule and day and left him stressed and scared all day long. What pricks and I know all the misery they have caused will come back to them.

I got a call from Officer Frank Miller that left a very intimidating message that I was under investigation for fraud and that I had to call right away. I have no idea how they got any information on me. My first thought when I heard the message was  "How can your name be Frank Miller when you have such a heavy accent?"I have no intention of returning the call. Now that I have read all of these posts, I see how many people they are trying to scam. I hope they get caught. I went to whitepages.com and put in this phone number, 786-752-9639 and it came back as a cell phone number somewhere in Florida.
