ID themselves as Legal Mediation Office which is scam talk for debt collector.  No other ID available.  Block their calls, do not return their calls do NOT agree to send them any money.  If they have a valid debt, demand a debt validation letter be sent to you by US mail.  E-mail no good.  Of course, being scammers they won't do this so simply block their calls and ignore them.

Report them if they still continue to bother you.  These groups love to threaten people with criminal prosecution.

Most likely they have nothing.  This Barns person is a debt scammer.  They may have some information about you, but just because someone calls you on the phone and says you owe money, doesn't mean you owe it.  Demand a debt validation letter be sent to you by US mail.  E-mail no good.  Of course they won't do this so simply block the calls and ignore them.

This is just a group of white collar criminals that go around calling people up and saying there are “charges” against them.  Or that charges are going brought in your county.   They change CID and phone numbers all the time and nobody has been able to find them.
They will not ID themselves properly; they usually say “processing division” or some such other totally  meaningless phrase when you ask who they are.
They have been doing this for some time and nobody has been able to find them.

Total debt scam.  Ignore the call. Do not return it.

Just recived for the fifth time on my cell phone a call from Staci Barnes from 786-801-3444.  Threatning that she was an investigator and a fraud case was being downloaded to where I live

Wow,,, that's odd that all of us on here from different states are being sued .,,, oh wait,,no , " I have a legal investigation being downloaded in my county ," really? Downloaded? What? Who says something so stupid,,OK,  THEN WHY ARE YOU CALLING ME FROM FLORIDA if it's in MY county? I'm in Michigan dumb ass!  I kept calling her back over and over and bugging her like she does to all of us. If these scammers would get real jobs and AT LEAST telemarket for a REAL company they can collect a paycheck. I feel terrible for the elderly who fall for this and go western union these losers money. I seriously hope they get caught. It's annoying because there is an army of them,,, from all kinds of phone #'s.

Me too. Just keep calling her back yelling at her and do it over and over and she will remove you .. I won't say on her what my husband to her but it was pretty funny!
