I got a call from this number, it said congradulations,then i hung up.

me too, just missed a call from PR.  strange.  no vm either.

Answered call as I don't know anyone in PR (where my phone said call was from) same thing about a carribbean cruise through a company called 'travel one' I transferred to a man to said he needed me to answer 3 questions (city &state I live/married or single/ between ages 25-70) unfortunately I'm 21 so the man said I didn't qualify for the 8day/7night cruise w/ rnd trip plane tickets, after telling him I wasn't 25+years he got off the phone quick & interrupted me when I asked him what I did to receive this offer & call. Gonna research the company but I'd say if you get this call go along play their game up til they ask for any private info like credit card info/ home address etc

I just got the same call. Did not answer. I also have my number on the Do Not Call list.

called my cell which is on the do not call registry.  I didn't answer and no voicemail was left.

Received call - didn't answer.   Called back and same as other party; got message number no longer in service.   Obviously a spam call.

Received a call on my cell; didn't answer it.  Googled it - it apparently came from a telemarketer (it wasn't specified other than "telemarketer") in Puerto Rico, according to Spokeo.  I registered with Do Not Call and it NEVER worked!!

Just got a call on my cell phone did not recognize the number so I did not answer.  I see most people do not answer either.  Good for you!  Maybe they will stop soliciting when people do not want to be bothered.

got a call from this number today,didnt answer and no msg left...the caller ID showed it was a number from Puerto Rico.

Area code 787 didn't look right. Did not answer.

Just got a call from this number. Did not answer it. On my cell Phone. My cell is on the do-not-call list also. Put the number on my block list with verizon. Way too much work to make this stop.

Just got a call from this number 2min ago. Didnt answer, no vm left either. Again all it said was "Puerto Rico"

Got the same call and i 'qualified'  i also told the guy he was being rude and get smart with him.  I yelled at him and asked him if he had been huffing glue lately because that was the only way he could possibly think he could talk to me like that.  Stupid scam

Received call on cell phone on Friday 9 November 2012. Caller ID showed Puerto Rico. Did NOT answer. No MSG left.

Called my cell and I did not answer - no message was left.  Checked whitepages.com for a reverse phone number search and it indicated the number is attached to a landline phone in Puerto Rico.  I do not know anyone in Puerto Rico.  Similar to others, my cell has been on the do not call list for at least the last five years.

Just got a call from this number, I didn't answer at first and thought 'If it's important they'll leave a message' but I called back anyway and it was all in spanish, then it said the number wasn't in service anymore..oh well!

Received a call a few minutes ago but was on another call and did not receive it.  Tried calling back but the message was that the number was no longer in service.  It clearly is not English speaking.

I do not answer unwanted calls and 787-836-8989 is a Puerto Rican number. I wish I could face people and co's like this.

Just a question. Have any of you filled out a paper at a sporting event for a prize? I did at a NASCAR race and my phone gets blown up by these kinds of calls. Law suit maybe??
