Just got a call from this #. I didn't answer.

Just got a call, they told me I could lower my interest rates on CC. I got transferred to a rep. Told the guy I didn't have a CC and to remove me from the call list. The guy hung up in my face. SCAM!

Posting here will not put an end to unwanted calls.

I got a call after talking with my daughter on a app we download on her iPod? What a coincidence.. I'm removing that app.

They said it was my final warning to lower my interest card and when I asked which card -- they didn't know what to say -- they hung up. And when I immediately called them back-- the phone number was no longer in service. If someone starts to ask you questions --- ask questions back -- and then say you don't discuss business over the phone and hang up!   It's a fraud -- a racketeering crap!

I received the call this afternoon from this number. I did not answer. I called the number back this evening. The recording said my call cannot be completed as dialed

Don't pick the call. No response after you pickup.

Did some fishing and found out that this number is originating from China. It is a forward number so any attempt to call it will always be a failed call as it is VoIP set to outbound only. China's telecom office reports the owner of this number to be registered in Kyrgyzstan as a 3G mobile sim card.

Called my unlisted number twice, didn't bother answering, as I should only get calls from people I have given my number to, and none of them use an 800 number.

For those of you who call back or try to report the number, you are wasting your time, sadly.  One of the thing most scammers do is use a fake caller ID number. The real problem is that the phone companies (wireline and wireless)  won't put the effort into managing caller ID numbers from end to end so that they can't be faked. Why? because they make money from passing this junk through their networks.

I keep getting calls from this number, the first time i got that call didn't feel right, so i didn't answered. I put this number in my block list, and then i got curios and decided to do the research, thank you all for your posts its really helpful.

I got a call from 800 000 0222 and it said, "press one to reach a live representative...I'm sorry, that was an invalid response." It said that 2 or 3 times.  It was 10 seconds long  Soo annoying

Received a call from this number as well. A deep, ominous voice said I was neglecting to realize that I was too strongly identifying with my ego and that my true Self has been patiently waiting for me to operate from a non-egoistic perspective. It also said the ego was a very primitive piece of our consciousness, much like an internal organ that is necessary for our survival, but a piece that should never take center stage. It continued: The ego will fight for center stage, it will control you, it will dictate what moves you, what offends you, what makes your brain buzz, but it will always keep you enslaved, and that is why the Self, the center of your inner Universe, is the only real thing that worth identifying with, because that is really you, it is detachment from the enslaving chains of egoistic consciousness, and will bring you a deeper appreciation for life, a newfound  gratitude, and it will help you find joys in your sorrows, and sorrows in your joys. Maybe I got a few pieces misconstrued, but after that brief delivery, the voice said I needed to pay my credit card debt.

Posting here is not meant to change anything. Its meant to warn others. I'm quite sure that everyone knows that posting here will not stop the calls but at least we can inform others of why they may be getting these calls and what to do and not do if they answer them.

Imagine when a day when people figure out that posting in 800notes will not stop their calls.
