Bogus Social Security scam call

Social security number we have been forced to suspend your social security number with immediate effect due to this all your social benefits will be canceled until further clearance. In case you feel this is due to an error. You may connect with legal cell of Social Security Administration in order to connect with a Social Security Administration officer

Didn’t answer but they left an automated message, the weird thing about the message was that it was left as if I had answered (ie. Asking me to push numbers to answer different questions.... even though I couldn’t because it was a voicemail). Claimed they were going to block my social permanently it’s I didn’t contact them or answer.

I called back. There was a recording to press a number. I pressed number and got a real person.  I told him I got a call that my SS number was possibly hacked.   He said he would look it up and what were last 4 digits and I gave it to him.  Then he asked for my full name.  And I said, well don’t you know??   Then I yelled is this a scam???   He said no ma’am, it is not.  I will call you right back to prove to you.  I said ok.  He did not call back!!!  But I keep getting called by the 1-800-051-9225 number even though I blocked that number.

Well now right there in the first sentence I can tell that you are not telling the truth.  This phone number cannot exist in the North American Numbering Plan since it has a 0 as the first number in the prefix.  Since New Jersey (NJ) is in North America you would have not been able to dial this number.
