- DanGot the same call, the guy was super shifty when I asked what company he was with and then hung up. Wanted to know what the serial number of the copier was...
- Caller: Unknown
- csrNEVER EVER give this info out ... it will end up with a delivery of ink/toner you did not order and a bill for the stuff. This is a scam and we always always always inform those answering the phone for the company to watch out for this!!!!!!!

- cawReceived a call from this super shifty guy telling me his name (which I forgot) and wanted to know mine. I gave him a first name. He hoped I was having a delicious lunch at 2:10 p.m. He says he's not looking for a reading, just a model number. I told him that I was reporting him and to take my number off his list. He responded to me that he would call me 24/7 and hung up. He is a jerk!

- JadkinGet the same calls. When they say, "We're calling to update your company information on your copier..." I then ask whhich one? They say, "Just give me one of the numbers for now and I can look them all up by that one number." I say, "Well, if you're calling to UPDATE our information, then you should ALREADY have the model numbers." They hang up abruptly! I just enjoy pulling their chain becasue they are trying to be "shifty" as one other report said. Idiots. I can't stand telemarketers.
- Seriously?Same number called me, more than once. The first time it took me a minute, but after asking several questions they just hung up. This time they hung up immediately when I asked "What company are you with?". I hate poeople and companies like this!
- Caller: "the copy maching company" lol
- Milford AgencyThis "company" is trying to scam businesses into buying office supplies (ink toner) that was never ordered or even wanted. It is already challenging to successfully operate a small business but when you have other companies scamming you out of your money it is unfortunate.
- SMBLady said "I'm calling from customer service for your copier", and I asked what company and she hung up. Funny, we own our old copier and don't have "customer service" for them. I tried calling the number back but it tells me it can't be completed as dialed. TOTAL SCAM. Wish there was a place to report this crap

- StaceyReceived call yesterday from a man. He wanted to know the 4 numbers located on the front of my copy machine. His introduction was so fast that I asked him to repeat his name. He said it was Steve Taylor. He again asked for the numbers off the front of my copy machine. I responded by asking what comany he was with. He became snippy with me and told me that he was asking the questions and I kept answering with questions instead of answers and once again demanded that I go over to my copy machine and retrieve the 4 numbers off the front. I told him that I had a right to know what company he was with. He hung up on me.
Then he immediately called me back to say "You have a right to be hung up on!" and then hung up again.
The original call showed on the caller ID as 800-123-0111. The second, more personally directed call showed "private."- Caller: Not Disclosed
- CindyGot call today from same - asking for copier info as he has called before and we told him before that we are not interested in their services and told him we have new copier, asked him where he was from - he simply replied from his mother - he hung up after that

- RobertThis number just called and hung up on me after making some kind of weird noise. I was curious about the number and did a web search and found this site. The odd thing is I just had my copier serviced and found it is old and the p[arts are no longer supported for this machine, I can believe that part but the service man who has been servicing the machine over the years said he would pass us off to sales to see about getting a new machine. That was Friday the 11th. Now I get this strange number which leads me to search the web which in turn leads me to this site where the complaints are about telemarketers calling about copiers! This has to be connected, this can't be random.

- Laura"Steve Taylor" just called me from Customer Service about my Copier. I answered "Really? You expect me to give that out?" He called me a witch - so I put him on speaker phone so the whole office could hear him. He didn't know at first and started to rant about my rudeness. HA! Finally, he called me a witch again and hung up. Most fun I've had in a while.
- Indiana SecretaryI just received a call from a lady, and she said she was from customer service. She said it very fast, thinking I would not catch what she said. She asked for the numbers on the front of our office copier. So I asked her what company she was from ,and she hung up on me (of course).
Hey everyone, lets keep this blog going, perhaps this company may get a clue that their scam will not work on us.- Caller: 800-123-0111
- JohnI give them the info, after that they asked for our shipping address, I gave them the shipping address for the local FBI office.

- Pete"Steve Taylor" has called our office a total of 6 times today claiming to be customer service with our printer company wanting the model number on our printer. When asked what company he's from he hangs up.

- Leah"Steve Taylor" has called my company multiple times every few months saying the same thing. He states that he is from Ricoh and that the price on our toner has increased by 10% so he is going to ship some out at the "Old Price" before he sends more out at the new.. Well we have a contract with the actual ricoh company and we get our toner for free. Don't fall for the scam guys! Creepy thing is that he already knew our address and one of the model numbers of our printers. Not sure how he obtained that but be careful.
- Caller: "Steve Taylor"
- Becky| 2 repliesAnyone know how to contact "Steve Taylor" or the company he sends the toner from? I would like to cancel an order they are sending

- FrankWhen I get these kind of calls I tell the caller I do not know the model number and I will get it, but the copier is on the other side of the building, so he will have to hold on. I then put the call on hold. If he stays on more than four minutes, I pick up the phone and say something like "sorry, a big print job is running. It will be just a couple minutes more for me to get the number," then put him on hold again. I figure the amount of time he is on hold with me, is the amount of time he cannot scam someone else. The longest I was able to keep the guy on hold was a bout 15 minutes before he hung up.
