- Anonymous'You've been selected for a paid-for vacation'. Very sketchy call, would not take no as an answer. Wanted to know personal information, and would keep asking for it in different ways. I hung up and blocked for security.

Obviously did NOT pickup this scam call. They were so creative with the number...... - Tired of crapCaller stated she was from SouthWest airlines. Said.. this is not a sales pitch! She asked two questions, I did not answer yes or no.. just said "I'm listening" she said hold on I'll get my supervisor to explain further. I hung up! they called back immediately... didn't answer, blocked the call
- NAJust called me and it is 9:00 pm. I work on the phones and there are laws to protect individuals from calls between 8pm - 8am.
Sophia from Southwest Airlines was offering a free stay at a resort in Scottsdale. It “was not a sales pitch”. I asked her what she was doing calling after 8pm. She fumbled over her answer. I began to repeat the question and she tried to overcome my objection with repeating that it was not a sales pitch. Lol. Then I asked where she was calling from, she said Scottsdale (by the way I live in Scottsdale). I asked again why she was calling after 8pm and if she released she was doing so, she said “yeah.... well it’s my first day”. I said “oh, okay... can I speak with your manager? She said “hold on.” I was seriously HOPING that she would impersonate a manager, and she did not fail to disappoint me! By this point I’m quite irritated so I said, again, let me speak with your supervisor. Then Camille gets on the phone, and explains she is with a different company (still located on raintree dr in Scottsdale though) and then hung up on me after I asked why they were calling after 8pm. Pointless. Honestly if they would have called within the hours they are actually allowed to I would have had some fun with it.- Caller: Southwest Airlines / travel transparency
