Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Google says it's a company named Liberty Bell Agency, Inc.  Insurance.

Answered and they told me that were from Economical Development Ontario asking if my business is still interested in moving?  When I told them I wasn't moving, they hung up.

Caller said he was calling from the “Maryland Office of Economic Development” and wanted to know if we have found a new location for our office or we are still looking. I asked why the MD Office of Economic Dev is asking about our move, and the caller said they are just “finishing a report”. When I told them we are not moving he HUNG UP without saying anything else. How rude!

Answered the call. Caller ID read Star Banner. The person calling said they were from The City of (my city) Building Inspection Office. They asked if we were still looking for a new office, and that if we were I needed to give them the new address, as per the *section blah blah 2.8 regulation requirements. I told them that the company they were calling is a very prestigious law firm, and that my attorney's were VERY aware of the laws and regulations regarding his call. He hung up.

We have told them several times to stop calling as they have contacted us numerous times, they hang up on me & call every extension.  As i have access to all extensions, as soon as she hears my voice they hang up

1/24/2020 Recieved a phone call today from Tanya, at 1-800-201-0420, indicating that she was with the "State of Californina business office", requesting details on building occupants. Very suspicious...informed that I could not release those details. Call then ended abruptly.
