I received a call from this number, which rang off just as I answered.  I dialed it, and got a guy on the other end who spoke English with a foreign accent which I could not identify because the connection was not good.  He was saying something about my computer, but I could not make out just what.  I told him that we had a bad connection and I could not understand most of what he said, he apparently consulted with someone else;  I could hear them as background noise.  By that time I was suspicious, so I rang off and googled the 800 number.  I learned that it had been involved in some sort of scam, so I blocked it from my telephone
