i got the same conner jenkins message ,but my call id came up 231-732-2411.i haven't seen anyone else list that number,so aparently this "organization' is using several different numbers.
i'm glad i found this site,i was almost positive that it was a scam trying to get presonal info,but i wanted to be sure.
i think it's deplorable to try to scare people like this,making it sound like somethimg horrible wil happen if you don't call.
one reason i figured it was scam is because i can't understand why someone trying to help you would sound so threatening.

These guys have been calling me for several weeks but since I dont have a credit card I just ignored it. Now I called and they kept hanging up on me till I just started pushing random buttons trying to get someone. They called from 231-732-2404.

This company frequently calls my home phone and my business phone.  I called to have my numbers removed and got a sales pitch instead.  The government needs to shut these people down.

We get calls from Connor Jenkins from DataCom (or wherever he's from) a few times a week.  We never answer the phone - the caller id shows the number 201-215-1779.  LIB Mgt Inc. is what comes up.  The message does say something about it being imperative we call...and something about debt reduction.  I wish someone would figure out who this company is and stop them...maybe we should send a note to the Better Business Bureau and maybe the attorney general....maybe they can figure it out!!

I also got a call from them on my work line. I knew it was bogus, as they didn't say the message was for any specific person. I called back so that I could try to figure out who they were, how they had access to my credit information, and why they called me at work. They said that they don't have access to credit, they called my number on a random dial, and that Conner was unavailable to chat because he only leaves the outbound messages. I spoke to a manager who hung up on me when I asked to speak with her manager. I called back and asked if they would take my number off the list, which they claimed to do. I asked the woman if she knew that she was working for an immoral company, and she said yes and that it pays the bills.

I reported this to the FTC. They filed a complaint, but said there wasn't much they could do. [***].

I also received the call at work from Conner Jenkins..... after I requested they remove my name from their call list, I spoke to a rep and told them their advertising tactics were awful and if I ever was in need (which I'm not) I certainly would not go thru them.  Imagine a little senior citizen who was to receive a call like that.  They should be fined!

I have been receiving calls from them for quite some time now and have told them to remove my number from there call list. the number that is now comming up is 1-217-710-8149. I call back and ask for a supervisor and the bi&!@# hangs up on me and I call back again to tell them to remove my number and once again they hang up on me.

i had this call to but then i called it back and they gave the same info but they really did help me out with my debt its just you dont have to be stupid about spending your money. you just have to know what you do with it and where it goes

I got a call from that Prick Connor Jenkins today stating that I need to take care of some domestic violence issue & to call him at 800-210-2935.  I never called back...

I got a call on my business voice mail from a "Christ St. James" with all the same story. I asked for their business name and address and they told me their company name was Morgan Debt Reduction Center out of Jacksonville, FL. When I asked how they got my number they said it was a random call. When I followed up by asking why it was so "urgent" I call them back they hung up on me.

I, like many of the other people who have posted here, received a call from this Connor Jenkins guy at my office number. The only thing is this - they never said my name.  I thought this was weird b/c I have never given this number to anyone I give my cell number and home number never a number to my office unless there is a good reason for it.  Plus, this office, like lots of offices out there, has several different phone lines but only one or two of the numbers are made available to the public.  I even thought for a minute or so that maybe one of my fellow employees had put this number down on some credit card application or something. Who knows, like I said they did not say who they were trying to contact.   Anyway, I came in to work this morning to discover that these idiots had left a message on my office voicemail on Saturday March 1, 2008. The message that they would hear when they called the voicemail doesn't say my name or anything it is an interoffice system and the caller has to know who they are calling in order to get the number for that person's voicemailbox.  Anyway, this is all particularly bizarre in my situation because I work for the W.Va. Attorney General's Office!
So after I listened to the message I typed in the number on Google and started reading what others had to say about these idiots.  
By the way one person posted that it reminded them of the movie "Boiler Room." Well, I think they nailed it, only instead of selling fake stocks they are collecting your personal information so they can steal your identity.  Anyway, then I decided to call these idiots at the 800-210-2935 number just to see what they would say.  It rang once then went directly to elevator music for about 30 seconds, after that a woman answered and said "Can I connect you to one of our agents?" I said "No, I just want to know why this number is being called, this is the attorney general's office for the state of West Virginia"  Well, she hung up :)   I am interested to see if they call back and I am definitely not going to erase that message, I am going to keep it and keep an eye on these scam artists b/c my boss loves to nail scam artists who prey on citizens of his state (by the way so do attorney's general for every other state in the country). These idiots really messed up when they called this number.
