Showed up 14 times on my caller ID on my cell in one evening, but left no messages.  Called back w/ last number redial, and only got a really fast busy signal.

why is this happining  ?   it happens alot of times  when i call back they said your callis not in service at this time sorry but please check the number an try again

I just a call from this on my cell, no message left.  I read this post, then called the number back.  Message says it's a non-working number.  I don't know how phone numbers work, but how can a non-working number call me?  Could this be their own message so they don't have to answer?

Got another call from them on my cell today.  Was a telemarketer from Dish Network!

Dish Network has a scheme. They have a # 888.494.4388. I called it accidentally. I was trying to reach DirecTV at 800.494.4388. Now Dish has my #.

I am receiving calls from this number every day. The phone rings twice, then stops. No messages. I called the number & the number is non working. I answered the call twice and the line was dead. The number is not a registered business number with the "Do Not Call Registry", so you can not file a complaint.

This # 800-210-3474 has been calling my cell phone multiple times a day and hanging up. When you call it back it states that it is unassigned. I did a little research and found the company that is making these calls.
NPS (National Programming Service) www.callnps.com I made a phone call to them @ 800-422-9000 and the did admit to them making the calls from their outbound call center concerning dish tv or Satellite service. You can ask them to take your # off their call list. Wether it happens or not at least we now know who to call and harrass back!
