I got the following recording at my office phone few minutes ago....

"This is Frank calling with the Inter-County Records  Department. UHHH After reviewing properties in your area from what I can see here, UHHH looks like your property would qualify for the Inter-County 3.25 percemt 30-YEAR Loan Program. UHHH So, it is IMPERATIVE that I speak with you though UHHH regarding your preapproval. Call me back when you get this at 1-800-210-4789. Once again call me back at 1-800-210-4789.  I'll talk to you soon."

Another SCAM...

Message Left on Cell phone... but the name is different, John I believe.

I have been recieving calls for months now from this "Intra-County Records Department"

I got a call from this number.  It was a recording saying I could get a great deal on a loan and to call back.  I typically receive at least 1 call per week from this number, with the same guy's voice on the recording, always giving a different name (Joe, Steve, etc.) and different company name.

Got this call on my CELL PHONE, which infuriates me.  He went to voicemail and left his scam message.

Frank from the Inter County Records Dept stating that I qualified for a 3.25 interest refinance and that I should call soon.

Of course, I didn't.

Same call at least a couple times a week.

Got a call from a "Frank" - he sounded really stressed like it was a very important matter that I call back. Something about a 3.25% 30 year loan... My phone doesn't accept blocked IDs, so they're listed a "Lib Mgt Inc" and  616-980-2422 was the phone number registered. Exactly the same dialogue as "Janet" from the earlier post.

"Frank" just called my cell phone from the InterCounty Records Department, saying it was imperative that I call him right away about some special mortgage rate for my area.  The caller ID read 616-980-2418.  This number is a Grand Rapids, Michigan number.  The number he left is 800-210-4789.

This number is too new to register a search result.

I received a voice message on my cell phone as transcribed below:

"This is Frank calling with the Inter-County records department.  Uh, after reviewing properties in your area from what I can see here, uh, looks like your property would qualify for the Inter-County 3.25% 30-year loan program.  Uh, so it is imperative that I speak with you though, uh, regarding your pre-approval.  Call me back when you get this at 1 800 210 4789.  Once again call me back at 1 800 210 4789.  I'll talk to you soon."

Same call as above from "Frank".  I've received several over the past few weeks that went into my voicemail.  I called one to tell them I wanted calls to stop.  They called again so I called to ask the company name and location.  I was told their name is "HKVM Mortgage" in Canada.  I then told them they were violating my FTC do-not-call registry and they sassed me back that it did not apply to companies calling from outside the USA.  Google searches of "HKVM Canada" and "HKVM mortgage" do not point to any valid company.

My wife received the call from Janet on her cell a few days ago which went to voice mail. With our work schedules, I'm just now listening to the message. Googled the number and what do you know...

I recevied this message yesterday at my office just listened now....

The caller ID read 201-215-1773

Frank left me a message on our business line.  Rates are now 3.25% for that 30 year loan.  They use "Records Department" because it sounds official or governmental.  Thanks for the scam tip.

Called on November 5th. Guy named Frank offering a 3.5% fixed 30 yr. Phone number showed up as 201-215-1773.

Frank from Intra County Records Department just reviewed my property and I qualify for pre-approved 30 year 3.2% mortgage.  Funny thing I don't own my home and never have owned one.  Anyway, just wanted to let people know "Janet" has been replaced by "Frank".  I don't have caller ID so I don't know where the call is coming from.

It's even better when you own your home outright and you can tell them where they can stuff their mortgage rates.

I'm in Northern California and getting a call from "Frank" about a special loan offer too on my business phone. This call was unsolicited. The number he leaves is the 800-210-4789. I wish these parasites would get real jobs or at the very least stop calling!
