This is an attorney in southern lower Michigan who are debt collectors. They are idiots to work with and very rude on the phone.

they said they are retained by capital one, i have lost 4 times to them and they re change the amount and sue me again. they aacept 10 dollar a month from me. are the worst you could imagin. they can fool the justice system and get away with it.

Debt Collectors.  Harrassing at work.  Sent exxagerated bill for an outstanding debt.  Filed a law suit, and refuse to discuss anything.

Send Law Suits notice, with no initial contact.  When you try to call them back you get a recording.  They return calls on the weekend, after their office is closed.  You can never get ahold of anyone.  I sent a certified letter, explaining that the amount they claim is exxagerated.  They did repsond by mail, however stated they are only in position to collect a debt, not discuss any information.  They are scum, Discover Card is scum, and the cedit card industry deserves what is is getting.  unfair business practice.

They say they are collecting for Capital One,that's fine because I am on hard times and can't pay nothing. But to keep tacking on interest to the amount, that is just wrong!  THE ARE [***]!

I tried that web site.  Guess what.  they changed the name.  Not surprising concerning they are harassment callers.

Yes these sorry a** so called wannabe lawyers don't know how to practice law so they become "debt collectors." Wow how pitiful! Go to law school only to harass people. What a way to make a living!

I just heard the most unintelligent human being on my voicemail, smacking on gum, clicking on her keyboard, trying to tell me there was debt that I owed to their office. The girl needs to go back to school. I can't understand how an attorney's office would hire such incompetent employees.

I do not owe anyone any money, yet they call and harass me without knowing my name or who they are actually calling. Next time they call, I will answer that call with: "Fraud Division, Detective Jones speaking" and see what they do.........
