recored message with a British or Australian voice for someone who is not at this number.  The same recording play whether it be a voicemail or if i answer it.  Nobody answers if i call it back.  It calls about 4-5 times a week.

We are getting daily or twice daily calls from 800-210-6027 and from other 800 numbers, all with the same message and same recording.These calls are from IDI Carmel, a debt collection agency.  They are calling about a debt owed by a person of the same name who lives/used to live in this area.  A short time ago we received calls from Allience and were finally able to convince them that they had the wrong person.  They told the social security number and birth date of this person which belonged to the other person.  We were finally able to convince them that they had the wrong person and the calls finally stopped.  Apparently they turned this issue over to IDT.  This has become harrassment and we are sick of it.
