Left a message from the Pennsylvania Electric Consumption Center regarding my PPL Electric bill. Claimed I overpaid and they are offering me a reduced rate on my electric. Wanted me to call back with my "bill in hand". This appears to be a scam to change you over to a different energy supplier.  They did not have my name or address and when  I called back to have them remove my phone number,  the rep said "yeah" and then hung up- without taking my info.

I got the same call.  I just got off the phone with PP&L and spoke to a very nice woman who apologized and said it was a telemarketer who didn't realize I had a different company.  She was very very apologetic.

yes... I got the same call from "Lisa Watson". You can't go by whether something sounds "professional" can you? after all, if PP&L wanted to give us this "urgent" info, they'd send it!

So you're admitting you gave your credit card information to some random person who called you.  Absolutely NOT winning.

    Hi Jamal Crawford,

Looking at your writing style, it appears that have very little education.  That, makes you illiterate.  Here at 800notes, illiteracy, and shilling go hand in hand.  Guess what, you are both.  No one here believes your lies.  Because you are illiterate, you are doomed to a life of poverty.  Don't post back, bragging that you own a luxury automobile, and that you own your own home, no one here will believe it.
