Called about reducing my mortgage interest rate. Name was Keith Holmes ext. 2972

Received a call from this number and the woman was looking to speak with a former employee.  Number traces back to Freedom Mortgage Corporation in New Jersey which has numerous complaints from people all over the internet.

phone rings twice. No one on line when you answer.Twice in last week . Last call so far 05/25/13-11;30am est.

Another robo call from this number received at 8:58 PM

I got a call from this number asked for reduction of my mortgage payment.

Call to reduce mortgage. Current lender. Due to making every payment and wanting to keep customers through VA, called to lower interest, no resetting of loan... only lower interest rate.
Googling the number confirmed it is Freedom Mortgage.

Sounded like a young man, in a breathy voice asked to speak to my husband by his first name. I asked who is calling said he is Donald Sours. I asked what is it in ref to. He said it's personal. I said I still need to know the reason for your call. He said it's personal, snickered and hung up.

The people who called on this phone prior were from Freedom Mortgage and said they were referred by our mortgage servicing company which is Ocwen-- themselves quite weird (Newco spelled backwards) and who are the resurrection of GMAC Mortgage service company that went bankrupt and also got bashed for some nasty violations against homeowners during our economic debacle a few years ago.

They do VA loans to reduce your interest rate, and they  are not a rip off

They sent a letter with my mortgage company on it to get us to call back called my Morgage company and they said it was a scam

Claims they are from Mortgage company and need a employment verification. Gave her info to send to and still waiting.

WHY would you give any information???? I seriously hope you do not experience identity theft, or any other problems. These people are NOT legit.

They keep calling and won't leave VM, I won't pick up since I do not recognize the number...

Mortgage Refi sales pitch.

Called three times one one after another at 7:25 this morning (woke me up). Did not leave a message. Got up and took the phone off the hook.

Th8is is Freedom Mortgage, my current handler. They reduce the VA loans according to IRRRL. No fees, just lower your rate to the current low rate. Mine 3.75 to 3.5. No restructuring of the loan, same payment system, just less money to send, plus you get to keep a months payment. It is a robot caller, but most telephony systems are like that nowadays. reduces the human effort, is faster, and less expensive for the company. I talked to the Exec VP, Dave Kremstein. He is doing my mortgage now.
