- frustrated assistant| 1 replyThey called and spoke with our receptionist and asked for an update of her name and email for their records and that they would update our info in their systems and now we get an invoice for 195$....bunch of crap dont fall for any of their tricks
- Caller: Administrative Professional Update
- Scott Fender replies to frustrated assistantI had the same thing happen to me. I am going after them with the authorities big time.
- Dave R.I had trouble several years ago and finally got it stopped through complainiing. In the last two weeks it has started again, two staff members listed as requesting publications and neither one knows anything about it. We get the bill and there is no contact name or number, have to go on the internet to find it. The latest is the same as above, administrative professional update.
- Mosaicwe are a health care provider and keep getting calls from this number with inconsistent reasons behind the calls.

- Tech0001Same as the other posters have reported. I figured I'd add what I know at this point.
One of our tech's received a call (He recalls it happening) - He asked them to put him and our number on their no call list. They in turn asked to update his information so they could do so. After the call they started sending he really stupid newsletters with one or two line tech blurbs that really didn't make any sense. In other words they were just sending information to do it, didn't matter if the content actually created logical sentences. It's about 6-7 months later now and they have sic'd a collections agent on us, which seems a bit stupid as we have an army of lawyers here at our law firm.
They have an F rating with the BBB (see www.bbb.org) and have pulled this scam on thousands of people.
Give them NOTHING, DO NOT CONFIRM ANYTHING. Even if they say "we need to confirm you're info for our records" SAY NO.- Caller: Progressive Business Publications
