Scam/spam claims false information to get people to provide further information about credit card relief. First, they claim to offer credit card refinancing, then tell you that the credit bureaus are changing how they report information because of the pandemic. None of it is true.

They send you a message about credit relief and tell you they have tried to reach you by mail.

They keep calling 3 times a day, then they send a text message saying you are qualified for credit relief loan. I ignore it, I didn't ask for any information about credit relief. I figured it was a scammer.

I received an email from Elevate 1 Advantage stating: We have made several attempts to reach you by mail, ROSA due to your past credit history, pay off your unsecured balances. Offer amount: New payment amount $558.
I never received any mail from them (1st lie)
I just checked my free credit report from the 3 main credit bureaus and there is nothing about this. I don't owe this, whatever it is (2nd lie).
After googling the phone number above, I realized that it is a scam for them to get me to call them for more of my info. I AM IGNORING THE TEXT.

FRAUD ALERT / SCAM CALL:  Non-existent “business” pretends to be a federal loan program to decrease your debt acquired during the pandemic, etc.  What they REALLY WANT is YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION to scam you!

Do NOT click on any of their links and do NOT reply ‘Stop’ as you’d be verifying your phone number is live and the scam calls, texts, etc. are much more likely to increase.
