a recording claiming my order has been shipped.

message left on my cell voice mail was a loop of a mechanical female voice repeatedly asking for the person to come to the phone ("please say wait") or to take a message or to say "wrong number, if this is a wrong number."

It repeated for several minutes.

Any introduction from this caller was probably lost while my phone was saying it's message intro.

I never answer the cell from unknown callers.

I believe this number belongs to the 'Rx Home Delivery Service' for one of the Aetna's insurance related companies.

'Aetna' is a search engine hit for this number and Aetna is also are my current health insurance career.

Personally, I do not answer any 800 numbers that call, because they are rudly not identifying themselves on the caller ID..
I also believe it is the Rx Home Delivery service from insurance...however, why don't they identify themselves......their company has a high financial backup.......so they can afford to identify themself... they really want to get a hold of me...they can call with an identifiable name with the number.....THAT is professional!!!

Besides, I think the mailing of Rx is completely a WRONG and dangerous system... ever NOT receive your meds on time, or at all?  Whose hands did they end up on the way!? children?  druggies?  people needing money!?

Shame on the system!  Drug stores are the safest! and should be less expensive than the mail order system!

Caller left message identifying herself and Aetna RX home delivery. Said to call the 800 number. I called and got Aetna RX help desk. Apparently someone had mailed or faxed a perscription request for my wife but did not identify any drug on the order and they were calling to let us know. However, we had not sent in anything and contact with the doctor's office indicated neither had they. Hmmmmmmm.

Many recipients of these calls are probably correct with their assumption that the caller is Aetna.  As their company is legitimate, what is their problem with not identifying themselves?  Like everyone else, I will not answer a call that cannot be identified.
Is anyone reading these messages who could put a stop to this stupidity?
For the most part, the telephone companies are those who benefit so I guess, it's not to their advantage to protect the public.

Got a call from this number. Recorded message saying they were from Aetna Rx Home Delivery. I do get my meds through them. They left a phone number to call back stating there was important information regarding a recent perscription request
