called today once and left a message. was some weird sound over and over sounded like a recording that messed up. duno who it was

Received a call asking me to call back to 800-232-1258 and gave a reference number to use and a person to ask for.  I called number, ask for Kim Lewis and was told they were trying to collect a Chase Credit Card debt of $28,000.  I told him I've never owned a Chase CC, he then asked for the last four of my social and when I gave it to him he said they had contacted the wrong Holly!!!  What does that mean, they just call every Holly regardless of last name??
