    This is a medical scam outfit, they call with an automated "bot" about your "pain" medication and needing forms filled out over the phone.  Other numbers associated with this are 888-565-7449, 800-283-3692, 888-797-1470 and 720-729-3265

    A Danielle from 1-800-283-3692 left VM on 5/1/18 wanting to get applications for my request for "pain" meds processed so she could send the meds to me.  Saved VM until I could check this out; today have deleted VM as it is as I had believed......a complete scam.  Unknown what company; sounds illegal and a true scam project.

    received 10 calls from this Danielle person at 800-232-3692 since end of August, 2018. Never states what company she is with.   deleted all the voice mails.   SCAM!!!!   I have no pain.
