no voice-mail

Calls serveral times a day. when I answer I get nothing.

auto dialer, left no message. called back, recorded message about resigning with Cricket wireless. waited and Donna answered abd said Comcast and then click, click hung up on me. I called back and got Al. I told Al that I have never had Cricket and I don't want him calling me to sell me something that I didn't ask for nor want. I asked him if he could see my number and he said no. somehow I don't believe Al. I asked Al how I could get "Cricket," (some [***] contract company) to stop calling me and he said please hold and I will transfer you to our "technical," department, and then "accidentally," disconnected my connection. Oh, well I guess it dosen't matter that I pay for these "people," to call and harass me. The phone company, formerly Joe Nachio's Qwest, suggested that I pay them $6.95 more a month to have them play a recording that I do not accept calls from soliciters. humm...if I am on the don't call list isn't it illegal for them to call me? Whatever..... I really enjoy all of this

I have been receiving calls from them about every 2 hours all day for the last 2 weeks. They never leave a message on my voicemail.

Today I answered and they hung up on me.

I called them back. A recorded message stated that they were cricket telephone service and asked me to enter a number from the postcard I received. I pressed 0 for an operator. It repeated asking me for a number. After three times of pressing * it forwarded me to a rep.

A woman answered and asked me how she could help. When I asked her why they call and hang up on me, she hung up.

So I called back. Pressed * three times at the repeated recordings and got a new rep.

First I asked for his name. He was kind enough to even spell it for me.

I then told him I was going to ask a question and I wanted him to answer it before hanging up on me. That the last person did not respond.

I asked the same thing "why are you calling me and hanging up all day long?" He asked if I had signed up to renew service to my cricket phone in the past few weeks. I said, no... I haven't had a phone with cricket in over 5 years.

He asked for my number to remove me from the system. I then told him that if they kept calling I would not be calling them back but reporting them to the authorities who will make them stop... He was very nice at that point. (of course)

We shall see if it worked or not.

Calls every day....I never pick up and they don't leave a message. I'm on the "do not call registry" but apparently that means nothing.

this number keeps calling & no one is there when answer.  hit call return & it is Cricket.  Please just stop.  this is crazy either leave a message or stop calling.

Keeps calling here  and asking for lonnie hooks and he does not live here HAVE  had several calls  from  them  and keep telling them over and over that he does not live here .PLEASE  make them stop

They keep calling many times a day, and won't leave a message. It is Cricket.When I called the number,message said " thank you for calling Cricket. Before I can reactivate your phone I need the authorization number in your postcard."

I recently cancelled one phone. These calls are so annoying that I am going to cancel the other phone.

I called Cricket from my cell(611)got Gerald, he hung up. I then got yet another call from Cricket, might be number 10 today. I answered. They had a special offer for me. I told them that I was not going to reactivate my other phone; that I was going to cancel this phone as soon as I signed up with another company expressly because of their phone calls all day long.  The woman told me that they are not allowed to leave a message, and she would put me on the do not call list.

These call comes in 3-4 times a day. A message is never left. It is very distracting.

calls from this number are constant!  they never leave messages, if you answer it disconnects.

THEY NEED TO BE FINED!  ive learned from this web page they are cricket, and i have never had a cricket!!!!!!!!!!

3 or more calls a day, no messages left. I never answer but they still call a min of 3 times a day EVERDAY! I'm also on the NO CALL LIST.

Calls everyday from Crickett Promotion. I never answer it but this is very annoying.

Calls multiple times a week, never leaves message on voice mail.  Shows "800 Service" as the caller, but again, no message, and they're calling at NIGHT TIME!  Most come in around 7:30 - 8:30 pm !

They are calling my cell phone all hours of the day.  Don't know how they got the number.  I called it back and message says "Thanks for calling Cricket"

calls everyday 5x a day but i dont pick-up!Here's my advice to them... "Look,people will go to your place of business or they'll call you if interested, so please you guys are becoming a nuisance!

Cricket has destroyed any credibiity they will ever have with me by putting me in an autodialer system 3 times a day 7 days a week with no recourse whatsoever.

I had quit their service, which I liked quite well, only because of the economy, and had planned to go back.

Now, they can go to hell.  And I'm smart enough to follow namechanges, "doing business ases", buyouts over the course of time.  They've pissed me off so much I will make a very, aggressive, initiative to avoid them, and to demote their name wherever possible.
...Next time, re-think your bad-press stragety.  Glenn Beck you are NOT.
