Did not know they would charge my account $87. I am trying to reverse the charges.

Never rec'd shipment from them for their TRIAL. They still deducted 87.13 from my ATM account even after I called them on day 14 of a 15 day evaluation period and cancelled it. I have tried to get refunded and twice they told me it would be done, it has not and now everytime I call, the phone system knows my number and wont answer. I tried another phone line and finally got through, only to be disconnected (how conveinent huh?) and they never called me back and I can't get through to them. DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCT...Next Im lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Fort Lauderdale.

i had the same situation.  I have made 4 phone calls with the customer service reading off a card and hanging up on me.   I have been unsuccessful in getting a refund.

Similar situation as above, but I at least talked with someone who agreed to cancel future orders.  I also did not know they had 14 day time limit to call and cancel.  Pretty sneaky - free trial my butt.  I tried to send an email message to them to back up my phone call, but it came back as undeliverable.  Doesn't surprise me.  They go by the name of Pro Biotics, but whoever you get on the phone will not acknowledge that.  The email address listed in their "terms and conditions" is <billing@flnlabs.com> without the arrows of course.  However, the product is distributed by FWM Labs in Hollywood, Florida.  My next step is to file a complaint with the BBB in Florida.  The chances of getting the charges removed from the credit card are slim to none.  Chalk this up to "Lesson Learned"

I recieved several calls from a 305 area code number and then was charged the $87 like everyone above and cannot get ahold of this place or anyone at these numbers. I am irrate and never ordered or recieved this product that apparently I am getting charged for!!!

This was not a phone call, but the # that showed up on my credit card. There are also 2 other # involved-866-646-1003 and 866-227-2398. I have been charged the 87.13, 79.99, 83.18, 1.95 and 2.00 and it all has to do with resveratrol! Thanks Dr. Oz. I have so far been able to receive 1 cancellation.

any luck, I got stung also.  Trying to get these people to refund is impossible, but I'll keep trying and let you know if I have any luck

similar to dparr's experience - i have 3 mysterious charges on my credit card for items related to a Resveratrol internet trial offer (resvcomplete ~ 888 216 0367; extremeresv ~ 866-611-8489; and expressberry ~ 800 236 1042).  I have tried to resolve by calling the phone numbers on my statements and am now in the process of disputing with my credit card company.  WHAT A SCAM!  Also, Dr Oz and the Resveratrol companies claim their product can't be purchased anywhere else - HA, I saw several resveratrol blends at my local GNC store earlier this evening.

I too tried a "free" trial offer and now have an $87 charge plus another $5.21 in "foreign transaction fees" charge on my Mastercard.  All unauthorized of course.  An attempt to contact them at this phone number had so much interference with other callers that it was next to impossible to be understood.  Hopefully my credit card issuer will help out.

ordered resveratrol ultra for 99 cent trial, and got a bill on my card for 49.95 ... called the 18002361042 number and talked to indian and he said it was for the "Cream" ... I told him I did not order no cream, just the free trial. I cancelled the order for the ultra because it caused dizziness and blood pressure problems but he could not do anything about the cream until I received it in the mail. then I would have to go through sending it back and get charged for shipping... but I have not received any cream in the mail and it's been 7 day's and I received the ultra 4 day's ago.

NO MORE credit card orders via the net ...  just a legalized method for crooks and scam artists .....

ordered a free trial of acai berry for 5.95 shipping and got charged 87.13 for Nature cleanse that I never ordered plus a few dollars of misc charges. Called the number that showed up on my bank account and was told when I ordered one it automatically ordered the other one.  I was told if I shipped it back I would get refunded the money and orders would be cancelled it took 10 days for them to refund the money but they did... now they charged my account again this month!  When I called they have no record of me cancelling the first time of course.  And the kicker is when I've called I speak to someone with a strong foreign accent and then ask to speak to a supervisor they put me on hold and then the same voice comes back on the line with a different name.

Got a call at my JOB!!!  confirming and order that I had placed...I placed no such order!  I traced the company to somewhere in Florida,  where I had been on vacation the week earlier!!!!  someone stole my debit card info. I have reported this and cancelled my debit card! I check my bank balance online very frequently! Thank goodness they only got me for 1.98  and 2.00  to which the bank is out to get back and do a little research of their own. Be careful people and know where your every dollar goes to!

The same thing has happened with me.  I called earlier and cancelled my order but they still keep billing me.  Now when I call, no one will answer no matter how long I hold.  I want my order cancelled and them to stop billing my credit card.

I just notice a charge on my credit card that I did authorize with the number 800-236-1042 CY for 88.00. Order a trail of acai berry from FWM Labs in Hollywood, Florida, for shipping $2.82 SKY BERRY CLEANSE 800-220-9825 CY  I took for two it for three days and did like the results and how it made me felt.

same thing happened to me, sent back the bottle of pills never opened, called my credit card co. they say company has 30 days to refund. just got email saying they are refunding $87.... not showing on credit card yet but will keep checking and if not there in 30 days will have my credit card co address the matter. Did you get the antiwrinkle cream also? i just got it and see I am charged for it, will start this over. rip-off artists abound.

I actually received calls from 623-238-6401 after placing an order for the acai balance stuff.  I saw everyone's complaints, and when they called again, I refused to confirm any identification information over the phone.  They gave me the number 866-949-0138 to call if I wanted to continue and said that they were not going through with the order.  A few days later, my account was still charged $3.95 plus $.12 in "international fees".  The charge went through to "Naturcleanse."  Rather than call the number they gave me, I called the number listed next to Naturcleanse, 800-236-1042.  The lady on the other end was helpful, though she tried to get me to agree to accept a free one month sample of the stuff.  I politely refused and said I did not want the one month sample, any subscriptions, any free gifts, nothing.  She said that my account was still active and asked what I wanted her to do.  I said I wanted the account closed.  I repeated that I did not want the product or any subscriptions.  She then cancelled the account and gave me a cancellation number.  Now I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope nothing else gets charged.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR BUYING ANY PRODUCTS.  They are the biggest rip-offs I have ever seen.  I ordered the bottle of AcaiBerry Detox for $3.95 s&h, have not yet received it and that has been almost a month, 7 days after ordering the 1st bottle I had a $39.99charge taken off my credit card for another bottle of something I didnt order.  I called them and they said I needed to wait until the bottle came in and I would have to send it back then someone would call me to confirm my cancellation and then I would receive my refund. BULL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I havent even got the first one yet what makes them think Im going to receive the other bottle.  I'M NOT, DUH! I tried calling them again today, the girl argued with me over the phone.  I asked to speak to her supervisor(that was dumb) she put me on hold and never came back.  I wish we could figure out what to do and who to call to put a stop to all this MADNESS once and for all.
