    They called at 5:55 and then 6:55 to my cell phone, called back and got recorded msg, "With mortgage rates at record lows, call to refinance now at 800-939-9800", then it hangs up.  Scam, 800notes records them as "Mortgage and Save" is the company name.

    No idea how they got my cell #, as it's on the 'Do Not Call' registry.
