I filled out an on-line form for a health insurance quote and got calls from this number the next day.

Lesson Learned:  Don't fill out any on-line forms.

All it says when you answer is 'Press one to accept, press two to send a voice mail'

Got a call from this outfit this am but never filled out anything for health insurance. I was surfing the net looking for Christmas presents the night before.

Received several calls after filling out medicare information quote!  Never leaves message

I don't know why I got a call from this number, but the person who called me doesn't understand anything you tell her and gets annoyed and interrupts you

They call every week day al hours we ask evertime we answer for them to PLEASE stop calling we do not want there Ins. and we are on the National Call Block List for 6 months now and reported to them of this 4 times now since Frb. 2013 it is now June 13th 2013. We hope this helps some one. Also they nver leave a message abd if they get voicemail or such they will change numbers they are calling from 4 or 5 different numbers usually within 1 min. each call. Some are not 800 #'s and all say just the calling number or Anonymous on the caller I.D. and you cannot return calls or auto cal return.  
I'm 73 and my wife is almost 70 now. we do not need this.  Last year we even changed our phone number because of calls like this, they stopped almost 6 months was all and only our bank doctor and family had that number not even a pharmacy and we never give our number online.

They have called the husbands cell phone about 4 tines now, let it ring twice then disconnect before he can answer.

They call all day everyday .Obama care and other agencies, hospitals, clinics,etc. are sharing our phone numbers and  other info to telemarketers,etc, you want change, you got it,

same here but got called within 4 hours and 2 emails , may be a legit company but got to the form via online sweepstakes/survey scheme

Hope I won't receive the call from this number.

Received several calls from this number.  I was finally able to answer.  The lady started saying that I had recently filled out a request for health insurance for which I had not.  I told her I had not and for her to not call my number again.  The lady started arguing with me.  I got annoyed and started being rude back.  Then she hung up on me.

Same here I had to unhook my phone I get calls all hours

They have started calling my 72-year-old sister who is in a nursing home with Alzheimer's several times a day at all hours.  This is very upsetting to her - and to me!    

I received many calls from this number and other numbers. I have received more than 40 calls a day, over a 2 month period. These people should be put to death.

2 call 2 hang ups please stop.

Learn from my mistake!!!!!  NEVER give your real phone number if filling out an online form for insurance information!! Instead of getting online quotes like promised on the website, the computer just said "please wait while your quotes are being generated". NO ONLINE QUOTE(S) WERE EVER GENERATED!  Literally within MOMENTS (yes, moments) of completing that form my phone began ringing off the hook & hasn't stopped for WEEKS. I have since found out the form can be funneled to HUNDREDS of insurance companies who pay those online places to get leads to sell you insurance!  I've told every single one of them to stop calling me but there are SO MANY that I've lost track to see if any are the same ones.  I've had my number for many years with family from several countries all having it.  It's gonna be a big undertaking for me to change it but I feel I'm going to be forced to if this doesn't slow or stop soon. I've gotten to the point where anytime I see an unknown number/ toll free caller I answer my phone & simply lay it down. I don't say "hello" or anything.  I figure if I do this enough they'll get tired of paying for those long distance calls & not getting anyone on my end to talk so eventually they'll make an internal note NOT to call anymore.  If they're gonna bug me then I'm gonna waste their money, even if it's only a few cents at a time. This particular number called again today so I'm adding my story with the others here.  Sadly, if you're reading this you've probably already had the same thing happen to you.

Filled out an on-line form for a health insurance quote and got calls from these [***] biters right away.  They call all the time, never leave a message.  Big mistake, don't  give your number to anyone.

I started receiving calls from this # a couple days ago. They never leave a message. I never answer calls from numbers I do not know and never did I go online for health insurance nor did I fill anything out online to receive calls about health insurance. They somehow got my information. Wish the calls would stop but I know better. Best it to just block the calls from coming in or place it on your reject list as I have done.
