Called December 23rd at 7:13PM but call was blocked by my Panasonic Cordless Telephone.  I do not remember this telephone number having called before but I always answer the same "All calls to this telephone number are recorded. Hello? Speak now or your telephone number will be blocked from calling. Hello?" I repeat "Hello" until I hear the off-the-hook telephone sound and this is also recorded. If no one speaks or they hang up I call block them as stated.
