Just want to know if it is the good person

This call was from the Hilton Corp.  It is their advanced purchase number, meaning your number was provided for a reservation that was purchased in advance and paid for.  Not sure why they would be calling unless there was an issue with the reservation.

This is the toll free Advanced Purchases (AP) support phone line for Hilton Hotels Corporation. When booking a hotel room at any HIlton brand hotels there is an option to pay for the room in full before arriving (normally you would not be charged before arriving; unless of course you booked it through a 3rd party).

In the case of a problem with the reservation they will call the guest using the phone number on the reservation.

This is a rip off dont use them.  Had my first experience with them basically i am paying for rooms for this week and next week that i won't be using because i didn't meet their guidelines for cancellation. Funny thing the guidelines suddenly changed from one week to the next.  I will never go thru this again I will always call the hotel i want direct.

How is it a rip off when on their website it states non-refundable advance purchase? People see a good deal and don't read it all the way through so instead blame a company for your stupidity. I love Hilton and use them every time i travel when I can one or two issues but they are always fixed.

I just experienced the same thing.  The dates that I entered disappeared and a date for the next month appeared.  Total ripoff.  Pleas write a complaint with the BBB as I am doing right now.  Definitely call the hotel directly.

Think it's a scam, just happened to me, asked me to give my phone number and to repeat the security code I received.  Total scam, got scammed recently by someone pretending to be my bank, pulled the same stun. When I told him I'd call Hilton directly, screaming, no, no, no as I hung up.
