Return calls to the number result in either message ststing the number not available for my service area (an 800 number), a message stating for directory assistance press 9, after which the call disconnects. There was even a recording for DirectTV services prompting you to enter your information although this is supposed to be a dedicated voice line for reporting technical issues to Frontier Communications services.
