It's  Receivables Management Systems Inc., a bill collector.

Total belligerent scam artist that does not adhere to the Fair Debt Collection Act.  He has been reported to the FCC.  Also calls under (360) 386-9410 and (360) 386-9877 so watch for those numbers as well.

The individual that called me refused to tell e what the call was in regards to unless I told her my address, date of birth and SSN. I refused so she referred me to call 800-241-1611 to "find out what company was". When I called, the message indicated that it was a collection agency. I say SCAM because I do not use credit with the exception of my mortgage which I make my payment automatically from my bank account, I have never miss a payment, and I actually pay every two weeks instead of monthly in order to pay off the mortgage faster. I was a victim of credit fraud and identity theft years ago, straight out of college so I also have credit alerts and monitors on my credit reports/score so I am on top of able to check it whenever I want. Because of my unique situation and the methods that I take to protect my identity and credit history, I am able to definitely say that this is most likely a SCAM that will draw you in out of fear and then tricks you into giving up all of your personally identifiable  information so that they can then steal your identity and commit credit fraud.
