Called me today w/ automated voice stating from legal department suspending my social security number due to suspected fraud.

Same as above, social security saying my ss# is suspended.    Scam

Said they have suspended my social because of suspected fraud and asked me to press 1.  I didn’t recognize this number but I keep getting calls like this from various numbers.  Another number said that they were going to arrest me in 24 hours if I didn’t call them back.  I’m a law abiding citizen, as rare as that is anymore, so I knew it was fraud.  This is really annoying and frustrating.  Block one number and they keep finding another.

This is a scam.  I pushed 1 and got someone who clearly was not from SSA.  Do not provide any information.  If you get the robo call just hang up.

Same as the above. Automated voice with same ssi fraud nonsense. Read an article about this very scam online just days ago. Blocked the number

Called me twice telling me my SS # suspended.

Got a call similar to the ones above. I was tempted to press 1 to see what they wanted.

I received two messages from this number with an automated voice saying that my ss# was suspended due to suspected fraud. Is this legit? How was it handled?

This was just happened to me a minute ago.  Saying that someone have committed a serious crime who was under my name and ss#.  I freaked out and I ended up given some of my information.  like cards.  Is this for real? please help.

I did not answer but a message was left.  "Your number has been suspended... Press 1 now...."

Ive already had 3 of these calls this morning. Sheesh...

This is not real. This is a scam. Immediately call your banks for any card info you gave and cancel them to get new ones reissued. Block the number and never give your personal information to a stranger on the phone who asks for it.
