Collection agency calling to collect a debt owed by some guy I've never heard of.

I asked them to stop calling me all hours ove the day and evening and they wont stop.

They are calling me as well.  When I asked them what do you want the guy would not say just kept joking that he would call me everyday but won't say what he wants.

They called me several times, even after I asked them not to call me.
I am also on the not caller list.
I filed a complaint at the BBB
I also will file a complain at the not caller list.
And next time they call, I will seek settlement with my lawyer.

Your an idiot...not call list does not pertain to collection companies.  I can't believe how many idiots like yourself are on these boards.  If it wasnt you they are trying to get ahold of tell them to send you a letter....once you say that they cant call you again until you respond to the letter.
