    Dear :DAN SMITH
I'm so sorry, my english is poor, so I can't contract you by myself. I had asked my friend call you on Oct 31, but you was not there. A female receptionist answered me, and she told me that I can tell her my information ,she had asked me lots of question about HCAP FORM that you sent to me, so I think  I have finished your require.

After that, my friend had called you about five times. but every time the mail box is full, the line is busy.

On Nov 19, I recieve your last three letters, I fill up that form immediately, and put that letter on my car insurance company's reception table on Nov 20. They told me :"tomorrow the postman will come there take that letters," but today I call that company's manager, he tell me the postman still don't come to his company, maybe because of Thanks Giving Day. I'm very worry about ten days that you can't receive my letters, so I go to that company mailed the letters by myself.

I'm so sorry send the letters late, that maybe bring some trouble for you. but please belive me, that is not my real intention, please forgive me.

I very hope you can contact me , my phone numbe is 937-631-0246. Thank you.

    Sincerely/sinceramente,

    LIN ZHANG

I called this number to see what it was. When I spoke with the lady she told me that it was a program to see if we are eligible for financial assistance for my husbands medical bills. My husband and myself do not have insurance, so the hospital we visited turned that info over to this company and they contacted us to see what programs we were eligible for (if we were)  such as medicaid, medicare, charity care etc.

I keep receiving a call from this number and they ask for a Sara Reed, which I am not.  I have called them back and ask them to remove my number because I am not Sara Reed, they say they will but the calls continue.

They called and I held the line for 16 min and 12 seconds to find out it was a call from the "eligability dept" for Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz, CA where I recently had stitches.  I asked if he was calling from the hospital, he said no, he was calling from Texas.  What? Sounded fishy so said "no thank you" and hung up.  I suggest you do the same.  Dont give info to anyone you do not know...especially if its a toll free number and they are out of state.

This is a company hired apparently by medical institutions to get you off their uninsured programs. They try to get you qualified by medicaid and in our case Badgecare. They are unfortunately legit. I've spoken to the financial dept many times about these people because we are NOT qualified for the programs and the financial dept knows it. They will call after each visit and they will keep calling. If they call for someone who isn't you, go to the local hospital or big medical clinic to see if they can take the number off your records. You can try to call but being face to face sometimes get the job done. If they have your phone number they may have your address. If they do you're probably getting mail from an EPALS. It's them.

I'm from epals and i can asure u we are not scammers....we are part of nco finance....and to make things clear yes there is a billing department and then there's our department. And plus epals are located inside hospitals....do you really think a hospital will let  a so called scamming company be contracted with them... so please do some research cause honestly your being ignorant.

LOL it's so funny when the scammers post on these pages trying to convince everyone that they're not a scam. Think about it, if it was actually a reputable business, why would they even be looking themselves up on this website in the first place?

Oh shut the [***] up.  You have no idea what you are talking about.  Why is it that the moment someone gets behind their computer screen they are suddenly versed in FCC regulations as if they are attorneys.  Go back to bagging groceries at Wal Mart and let the real educated people do their jobs.
