This is the 3rd co. to contact me at work as well as contacting my family. They are threatening with check fraud and arrest. They are posing as law offices, office of the court, FBI. Company Info. U.F.C. Recovery specialist and Oakwood Services. 800-249-3152. I have two separate reports filed at local authorities. The police have actually called them, and were hung up on several times. The company I had a loan with is out of bus. so I have no way of taking care of this situation through them. Hope can I stop this harassment? This has been going on for TWO YEARS now.

A & D litigation and ufc recovery arevtge same people.... They told me over the phone the name was A&d litigation but the email and bank show ufcrs..... They said they were gonna charge me with fraudulently attempting to defraud a financial isnstution and called my family. The number they told me to call was 866-639-2335. After calling several times they said they were blocking my number and gonna be filing their paperwork and pursuing it further. They refused to give me an address or send me a copy of their state licensing certificate proving they are a real business..... They have a different number listed in the email they sent me.
