Got this pop up message while online. Think it is a scam! I do not run microsoft widows.
I would NOT call this number. Hope someone checks it out. From inboxaccess.net.
I would NOT go to that website, either! It is new and no real information available.

http://whois.domaintools.com/inboxaccess.net The site appears to be out of Singapore and run by GoDaddy-about 10 months old (01-16-14) and apparently an online technical support site.
The fact they cold-called you (Microsoft doesn't do that) shows that it is a scam.
Might be able to find out about some of those programs-Win32 is the system if my memory serves...looks like they might just be using programs that are known to have issues from what I'm seeing on Google so they can get into your computer.
