Stop robocalling.  It is a turn off, it makes me not want to work with your company to get a mortgage.  Calling 10x a day 30 minutes apart and leaving no message is not effective.  If I wanted to talk to you I would have by now.

Called me four times in the past two days, left a message twice saying they were returning a call about my interest in refinancing my home, which is funny because I have no home to refinance. What a scam.

It's Quicken loans. I was researching FHA loans and they called pretty much as soon as I started looking. The rep. Jeremy was really nice and I'm glad I looked up who it was.

For those wondering how they got your number, more than likely someone put a fake number in online trying to compare rates. Many people do that because they do not want to talk to someone, just look.

Nonsense, no one put your number online to compare rates. Read the rest of the complaints, and also look at 855-909-2274 and 866-349-8543 and you'll see the same mortgage interest rate scam.  These calls are from scammers overseas calling on VoIP lines spoofing numbers of legitimate business phones to see if you'll answer the call. I don't ever answer calls from numbers I don't know.

I am getting several calls daily on my cell and landline. Both phones are registered on Do Not Call list and I have never done ANY business with Quicken Loans! I am sick of paying for two phones so these constant robo calls come in!

Why not let your phone ring if you're able? Numbers that have any kind of answer will be quicker to continue receiving calls than ones that just ring.

Most mornings between 7:30am & 8:00am we are awakened when phone rings until answered, then hangs up.  I can only surmise it is Quicken Loans from surveying other complaints. Our phones are registered on Fed. do not call Registry.  We do not return calls from unknown callers if caller leaves no msg.

I am in my 80s and have been getting 3-4 calls/day from these people. I don't want a loan, I am too old to get a mortgage and I have told them that but they keep calling. How do I get them to stop?

Not a Fan of Quicken Loans
Just had a call fro these bozos again.  They called, I answered, gave them some bogus information, they said they couldn't help and I asked them to take me off their call list.
It's been a peaceful afternoon since.

We are not calling you. The party who is calling you is not looking at your post on this website. We do not know who they are and cannot tell them to stop calling you. Do not answer unknown calls and do not call them back. Consider getting a call blocking device (or app for your cell phone)-they're available online and start around $45. https://800notes.com/nb/search?q=call+blockers

This people are nuts!  I inquired on there website about refinancing and only went as far as getting what the payment would be with a lower rate.  Then I exited the website.   I guess all they need was me putting in my phone number and email.  I have gotten 7 phone call in the last 2 days and 2 email from them. It's only 9:30 in the morning and have already received my first call of the day.  If they are that hard up for business and basically harass you.  I surely don't want to do business with them
