Just called "MCPS Partners" (this is how they identified themselves) at the number 1-800-251-9495 and actually got to speak with a real live person who identified herself as Rhonda. I told her I wanted them to stop calling my phone number and if the calls did not stop they would be reported to the FCC. We will see...

Had a call on my answering machine from 8:45 on Sunday from Merchant Services.  I just deleted the message before listening to it all.  I've googled Merchant Services and they're not a good company.  They have an F rating with the BBB, and lots of overcharging businesses for credit card processing.  I would never use this fly-by-night company, certainly would never use one who calls all hours of the day & night trying to get you to sign up.  We're not even open on Sundays, and from other comments here they call at 9:15 at night, when businesses are closed and when it's illegal to use telemarketing to reach people.  That, and the fact they spoof their caller ID means that they're a shady company and to stay away from them.

They called at 10pm. I did not answer-no message. Terrible way to do business.

Called our company phone (time stamp on the voicemail message says 1051pm). Merchant Solutions Partners.

Ignored.

Called at 10:10pm.  Answered but the other side hung up.  Guess he/she was too tired to chat.  *smile*

Called at 9:45pm. They just hung up. I only answered to yell at them. I called the number back 11 times. Each time it hangs up. This is a violation of B&P codes. [***]. Whos funds these clowns anyway?

Merchants' Choice Payment Solutions is a registered ISO of Woodforest National Bank, Houston, TX.  Woodforest National's toll-free number is 1-877-968-7962.  I've called them to let them know what scum is representing them.  Didn't get any "love" when I took up THEIR time.

Give them a call, also.

I only caught part of the message they left, but they did refer to the number that showed up on the caller ID. They called at 10PM EST. When I returned the call, they said their hours were until 9PM central time. I am not set up to accept credit cards either.

(800) 251-9495 caller ID just says 800 service. Leave no message. Blocked them.

They call a few times a month. Have never called during business hours - morons. Don't fall for their crap. We use Vanco for our credit card services and have no "equipment" that needs to be updated.

10:42 pm i get a call and nobody replies when I answer. I call back & the recording says their offices are closed & to call back during business hours. No name just an automated recording
