Same recording here for merchant services. Fake name, fake number. They are actually lowlife criminals trying to get your information to drain your bank account. Do not press buttons, dont call them back, it gives them information to sell to other scumbags. I report them to the FTC every day at 1-888-382-1222 for all the good it does.  Just hang up on these lowlifes immediately.

They called after 10 PM last night.  I saw it was a 1-800 number so I didn't answer.  Wish I had and given them a piece of my mind.

Called our business saying that our business needed to change credit card equipment. We, in 50 years, have never had credit card equipment. Let alone what decent business calls another decent business at 9pm to leave a message on an answer machine. And if you do happen to answer their call, make sure not to say the word yes. They asked my Dad his name. Dad said yes. They sent a guy out trying to shove credit card equipment on us. Let's just say he got a whopping earful about how we were taught about buying credit from our ancestors.
