What state are you from ???  It sounds like a scam to me too...

spam of the wort kind followed up with the most vile of emails

Major spammers. I never called but I get emails at three different emails to call just about everyday.

But your caller (and the same telephone number in spam) belongs to Julianna Chatterton

Google her.  And, unless you have thousands to give out for nothing in return - you might consider staying away...
