We keep getting phone calls from this company. We got so many, that we were forced to change our phone number, and now this company is calling our new phone number. there is not a person to talk to.

This person has not lived at this address in about 5 years...I am truly feeling harrassed.

They are National Enterprise systems
After being hung up on for asking what company I was dealing with, I called back 3 times before Jamal answered again.  When I told him that if he were a debt collection company that he would have to disclose it, he said he would transfer me to compliance and then it hung up.

They are a scam debt collector. You can tell by their surly disposition and their evasive tactics.  They are up to know good and what to stay within the cover of darkness.

these people call looking for someone who has NEVER lived here...Over the last 2 years, we have asked them to take our number off their list. They say they will and the next day the calls begin again.....they call Every morning at 8 am. and every nite after 7 pm.
The only solace I get is ---they are never going to collect their debt this way! :)

They call me 2-3 in an hour every day it's annoying and totally screwed.

I receive calls twice a day from these jokers.  My solution?  For this call and ALL Toll-Free calls, I let my Answering device do the talking.  The device's pre-recorded message is "Hello, please leave a message".  And that's it!  I NEVER talk to Toll-free callers.  Get an Answering device!!!
