These people called me to from the same number it was a man that said he was going to serve me and gave me my address I haven't lived at that address and a year and said that if he can't serve me there that he will serve me at my place of employment and I haven't worked in 11 years I've been disabled so I don't understand what they're getting at or who they are and they give you some case number and tell you to call the number back to get information about it this is bogus if you contact a lawyer and ask them about it they'll tell you it's a scam that to tell them that if they don't stop harassing you that you're going to tell your lawyer and file suit against them I'm not sure what it's about either if anybody else can help this would be appreciated thank you sorry they're bothering you too

I just received a similar phone call as PJ. The caller id said unknown. A woman left a message about serving me papers at an address I haven't lived at for 3 years. She gave me the phone number and a case number to reference so I didn't miss the opportunity to receive the papers being delivered to me today. Clearly this is a scam and a pathetic one at that.
