robo call, said it was CMP and they were going to shut off power in 30 minutes due to nonpayment.  spoofed CMP number on caller ID, but was told to call this number. This is a common scam and they try this a few times every month.  we don't even have a CMP account here!

This call starts with a robocall stating that your electric is about to be shut off and wants you to call 1-800-261-8440.  When you call the number you are told to go make a payment at a payment center.  The only problem is I was at my PC when I called back so I logged into my electric account and its due in 4 more days with nothing past due.  Do not give these people your money.  Total SCAM.
