    I received a call from this company to collect a debt from someone who lives on my street.  They did not ask for money but FTC said that’s the only way they can legally call. I was on the phone with the FTC for 30mins and was explained they legally can call whoever they want to collect a debt.  So if they ‘get’ your number somehow and your neighbor owes them money they will call YOU!!
