You "tried to call cabinet"? What does that mean?

I did the same thing thinking it was Sallie Mae/Navient.  They wanted to sell me a medical alert bracelet.  I said I wasn't interested and hung up. Hope I don't start getting scam calls now.

I am (nearly) 65 and accidentally dialed 800-272-5543 instead of 888,-272-5543. At first, I was confused as to why I was being asked if I was over 50 and if I was interested in a medical alert necklace. I couldn't figure out why Navient would be asking these questions and was offering me a free gift. Once I hung up and double-checked, I realized Navient's 800# is 888. I went into my phone history and blocked them, just to be on the safe side. Senior moments come TOO soon!
