    I stupidly filled out a line of credit application to cover a medical bill headed for collections. Turns out they are a pay day lender charging exorbitant interest rates with bi-monthly direct drafts from your checking account. Glad I did my research before accepting. The company is legitimate, but these kind of lenders are basically loan sharks preying on people who are in a financial bind. Better to take a hit on my credit that getting involved in this type of loan.
