800-274-1299

Two calls this week. The second call was very slick when the lady left a message and asked me if I sell residential and if I am excepting new clients?? Before calling her back, I looked up the number ( google ) and found out it's a real estate lead company.

I added my original comments under an entry for the number 954-983-8359.

The scenario is the same as Amy's comment in August of '09.

The only thing I'll repeat from the other entry is -

"Every year, surveys accomplished by the National Association of Realtors determine that approximately 2/3 of buyers and sellers use either an agent with whom they've previously done business or a referral from family, friends, or coworkers.

Take my advice, keep in touch with the people you know and remind them periodically what you do for a living.  The leads you get will be more frequent and dependable."
