This is a phone number of someone who calls himself "Steve" from PetFinders and offers to call all your neighbors to help locate your lost pet.  The cost is $59, but from what I seem to have found, they never make any phone calls.

"Steve" said he'd seen my lost pet ad on a pet-finding website.

This person called and offered a service of sending out a call to houses within a mile radius that would help locate a lost pet. We had just listed our lost cat in the classifieds under lost pets. The service is for $59. Do not accept the service, because you will never hear from him again. There is a woman's voice on their answering machine.
