    This number actually came over on my cell as +1(800)274-8754.  Apparently, what I read is that if there is  +1 before the area code and phone number it is an overseas call.  So, please don't pick up if you see a +1 appearing on the caller ID.

    Sometimes when you read things you need to think them through and not take them at face value.  That is not always true since I many times get calls from people I know with a 1 or a + in front of the number.
